The ideal candidate will possess experience in providing Front Office support and be adept at liaising with traders and other users to resolve complex issues. Responsibilities:Provide front-office support for trading systems, ensuring seamless operation and quick resolution of any user issues, specifically for trading desks.Collaborate with traders and front office teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.Utilize Unix for basic navigation and troubleshooting tasks in support of the trading systems.Leverage basic knowledge of SQL or any database to query and troubleshoot data-related issues.Use Jira, ServiceNow,
