The Senior Training Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and delivering digital learning solutions for both technical and non-technical users. The successful candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate Classic, particularly in developing interactive e-learning courses, simulations, assessments, and training materials.

The resource will also be responsible for modernizing legacy e-learning content, ensuring accessibility compliance, collaborating with subject matter experts, and delivering effective learning solutions within established project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive e-learning courses using Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise.
- Develop and update digital training materials using Adobe Captivate Classic.
- Convert and redevelop legacy e-learning assets from Adobe Captivate into modern learning authoring tools.
- Create simulations, assessments, interactive learning activities, and online training modules.
- Analyze existing learning content and recommend improvements to instructional design and learner engagement.
- Gather and validate business and training requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Develop training strategies, learning plans, course documentation, and job aids.
- Ensure learning materials comply with AODA accessibility standards.
- Work with Learning Management Systems (LMS), including LearnON deployment processes.
- Conduct content reviews, accessibility validation, quality assurance,



and user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to deliver training solutions within project timelines.
- Facilitate training sessions both in person and through online platforms.

Mandatory Technical Skills

Important Submission Requirements
- Candidates must work onsite five days per week in Toronto.
- Candidates must have hands-on experience creating e-learning courses using both Adobe Captivate Classic and Articulate 360.
- A portfolio is mandatory.
