Lead transaction accounting engagements at RSM, applying complex accounting expertise and client management skills in a predominantly hybrid workstyle.As a Director in RSM’s Deals Accounting and Strategic Finance practice, you will manage Transaction Accounting engagements and teams. The work includes business combinations, carve-outs, financial reporting readiness, accounting policies, and post-close integration. You will serve clients across financial services, technology, life sciences, manufacturing, and other industries.Key Responsibilities:

Manage concurrent engagements and engagement teamsCoordinate consulting work plans and client deliverablesAnalyze business combinations, carve-outs, and reporting issuesDesign accounting policies, reporting structures, processes, and controlsSupport sell-side, day-one, and post-close readinessRequirements:

Bachelor’s degree in AccountingAt least nine years of experienceStrong leadership and client management experienceCPA or equivalent certification preferredWillingness to travel 25% or lessDirect Transaction Accounting engagements at RSM through technical accounting, financial reporting readiness, leadership, and client advisory expertise.
