Lead transit technology modernization for Masabi remotely from Eastern Canada, combining program management discipline with hands-on technical implementation expertise.As Project Delivery Director, you will independently lead a major, multi-year North American program. The work spans account-based ticketing, contactless payments, systems integration, digital services, migration, deployment, and operational transition. You will report to the Vice President of Strategic Programs and represent Masabi in senior conversations.Key Responsibilities:

Lead implementation through design, integration, testing, rollout, migration, and handoverOwn schedules, dependencies, milestones, risks, and recovery plansCoordinate software, hardware, payment, and third-party integrationsOversee testing, phased deployments, cutover,



reconciliation, and stabilizationControl scope, resources, budget, changes, and supplier performanceRequirements:

Deep experience delivering complex technology programsAccountable leadership of a large multi-year systems implementationExperience establishing baseline plans, governance, and partner onboardingUnderstanding of SaaS, APIs, enterprise integration, testing, and deploymentCommercial judgment and executive-level communication skillsBring end-to-end delivery leadership, systems integration knowledge, and stakeholder management to Masabi’s North American transit program.
