Grow Hatch’s transmission line business through trusted technical advice, client relationships, proposals, and project prospect development.As Transmission Line Lead, you will partner with the Power practice while supporting clients across Canada and the United States. The position balances engineering leadership with pursuits, scoping, pricing, market awareness, and account growth. Work may be based in Winnipeg, Mississauga, Vancouver, or Calgary.Key Responsibilities:

Build relationships with utility and industrial transmission clientsIdentify market trends, client needs, and project opportunitiesLead proposal development, scoping, and pricing activitiesShape North American transmission service growth strategyCoordinate delivery with project managers and internal disciplinesRequirements:
