Temporary Full-time Brampton Site Work Arrangement: 2 days on site; 3 days remote Replacement Position ErinoakKids is currently seeking a agile individual to fill one full time position as an Appointment Scheduler. The successful candidates will be responsible for scheduling future client appointments into Caredove and Meditech's Community Wide Scheduler Module (CWS), booking, coordinating and rescheduling appointments as needed. Schedule and enter all client appointments into Caredove and Meditech's Community Wide Scheduler Enter and edit orders into Meditech's Order Entry modules Verify or obtain up-dated client demographics as directed Assist with confirmation calls if directed Assist others who have a role in the scheduling process Attend staff meetings and training updates as required College Diploma in a related field (Health/ Administration/ Human Services) Minimum 1 year of similar work experience, experience in CLASS is preferred Superb interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) to deal effectively with staff, clients,



volunteers and others within the community Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office: Intermediate Word and Excel). Demonstrated secretarial/administrative skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Bilingualism in French and English is an asset Staff actively working in these roles may be prioritizedbased on your circumstances.
