You will manage projects valued between $20M and $50M primarily focused on retail and logistics sectors. This position offers a 10-days-on/4-days-off rotation, extensive travel, and support from an experienced team. Oversee daily field operations and subcontractor performance

- Drive project schedules and manage logistics
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Lead and mentor site teams towards project success 10+ years as a Site Superintendent in light industrial retail
- Experience in building warehouses and distribution centers
