Lead Trouble and Storm Program performance reporting at BC Hydro, using Power BI, Excel, and operational analysis to improve restoration results.Reporting to the M3 Manager, Trouble and Operational Support, this full-time position oversees program execution, monthly reporting, performance reviews, and reporting capability advancement. You will analyze response times, work-order costs, overtime, forecasts, variances, risks, and operational efficiency. The role develops recommendations, presents insights to senior leadership, and supports informed decision-making across the organization.Key Responsibilities:

and restoration timesValidate enterprise data and perform quality assurance controlsPrepare reports and presentations for senior leadersRequirements:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related disciplineSix to eight years of progressively responsible experienceProject management, leadership, facilitation, and relationship-management skillsExperience with SAP-BW, DODW, PowerOn, Excel, and Power BIValid Class 5 Driver’s Licence in positive standingBring program leadership, data analysis, and operational reporting expertise to BC Hydro’s Trouble and Storm Programs.
