Duties
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues using diagnostic tools
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections on trucks.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized machinery to complete repairs
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams to facilitate repairs
- Conduct heavy lifting as required for parts replacement or assembly tasks
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation of repairs performed
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating repair needs and solutions clearly to clients or supervisors
Requirements
- Proven mechanic experience with a solid understanding of truck repair principles
- One year Experience working in a similar role preferred
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics reading
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills combined with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings
- Must have own tools
- Good communication skills for interacting with customers or team members
- Must speak Punjabi and English language
