Manage VFX crew allocation at Framestore, coordinating production resources, recruitment, and cross-project communication for film teams.As Production Department Manager, you will help ensure VFX projects are fully and appropriately crewed. You will collaborate with the Head of Resourcing, Heads of Production, Project Producers, Recruitment, and global divisions. Your work covers upcoming-show planning, multi-site communication, departmental reporting, and crew utilization.Key Responsibilities:

Identify and fill crew requirements for upcoming showsCoordinate cross-project crew allocation with Producers and production leadersManage multi-site communication with global divisionsMonitor changing crew priorities with show coordinatorsMaintain departmental reports, meetings, schedules, and processesRequirements:
