French-English bilingual coordinator supporting vehicle breakdown customers through roadside dispatch, troubleshooting, and empathetic service across Canada. Friday-Tuesday, 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. shifts include every weekend.

As a TEN Care Incident Coordinator, you will manage breakdown-related customer journeys from initial report through resolution. You will coordinate TEN locations and preferred vendors, provide troubleshooting guidance, document incidents, and communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams. The position requires calm, solutions-oriented service during stressful situations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the first customer contact during vehicle breakdowns
- Dispatch roadside assistance and track progress through resolution
- Troubleshoot by phone or email and advise next steps




- Document interactions and upload breakdown records through the internal portal
- Coordinate vendors, TEN locations, customers, and internal teams

Requirements:

- Bilingual French and English communication skills
- Previous customer service experience, especially crisis or breakdown support
- Calm, quick thinking during stressful situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Availability for Friday-Tuesday shifts and every weekend
