Lead technology operations for BCI from Victoria or Vancouver, guiding cloud infrastructure, digital workplace services, and up-to-date engineering practices.As Vice President, Technology Operations, you will report to the SVP, Technology & Innovation and CTO. Lead approximately 32 people across cloud and infrastructure services, digital workplace services, Service Desk, service management, and disaster recovery. Help shape BCI’s future-state technology platform while supporting an AI-first business.Key Responsibilities:
