The position oversees schedules, resources, materials, employee development, safety protocols, and continuous improvement. It requires leadership, communication, organization, and sound judgment across shop-floor operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead hourly production employees and monitor performance
- Administer schedules and allocate departmental resources
- Organize materials and coordinate raw material flow
- Hire, train, coach, and evaluate team members
- Identify safety risks and investigate incidents

Requirements:

- College degree or equivalent experience
- Five or more years of experience
- CWB Certified Welding Supervisor certification
- Proven leadership and team motivation experience
- Blueprint interpretation and manufacturing process knowledge
