As Department Manager, Deli, you will coach team members and deliver operational excellence through customer experience, food safety, health and safety, and merchandising. You will communicate business objectives, analyze department metrics, and support sales and customer loyalty strategies. One to three years of retail experience and Food Secure Certification are required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the deli department as coach, mentor, and resource
