itle: Visitor Experience Team Member

: Visitor Experience Team (VET) members are the first point of contact for visitors, partners, and volunteers at Nutrien Wonderhub, making sure every visitor has a welcoming, secure, and fun visit. VET members share information about Wonderhub’s exhibits and programs, and keep museum spaces clean, safe, and ready for visitors throughout the day.

VET members work across admissions, the gift shop, exhibit spaces, birthday parties, facility rentals, and special events, and support programming and community initiatives as assigned.

Reporting to the Visitor Experience Manager and supervised on shift by the Visitor Experience Supervisor, this public-facing role suits someone who enjoys working with children and families, delivers excellent customer service, and works well both independently and as part of a team.
