Apply clinical nursing skills on-site with CBI Home Health as a Community Registered Practical Nurse serving Ottawa. This is a full-time or part time position.

CBI Home Health supports people at home, in schools, and throughout community locations. As a Community Nurse, you will provide person- and family-centered care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Clinical areas include wound care, IV therapy, palliative care, pediatric care, tube feeding, medication administration, and health teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver nursing care in homes, schools, and community locations
- Apply clinical skills including wound care and IV therapy
- Provide palliative, pediatric, tube feeding, and medication care
- Teach clients and families about health and care needs




- Navigate clients and families toward appropriate community resources

Requirements:

- Maintain active College of Nurses of Ontario registration
- Hold professional liability insurance through WeRPN or RNAO
- Provide recent vulnerable sector criminal record screening
- Travel independently with a valid G2 or G license
- Demonstrate critical thinking and strong English communication skills
