As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you'll be a welcoming first point of contact for our patients. Experience in reception, hospitality, luxury retail, hotels, medical or dental clinics, spas, salons, or other customer service roles is an asset. We provide training on our systems and processes. Competitive hourly compensation.

Comprehensive training and ongoing career development. The satisfaction of helping patients look and feel their best. This is a full-time, in-person position. Be available for shifts between 8:00 a.m.

Monday through Friday, and up to 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays. Be comfortable travelling to our Richmond Hill and TorontoClinics as business needs require.
