BMP Supplies is 20+ year-old company which manufacturers a variety of environmental products for the construction industry located in Brooks, AB. A family-owned business, we are a consistently growing company and currently operate out of two separate warehouse facility which are located close together. We are looking for a part-time Warehouse Custodian to keep our buildings welcoming, safe and clean.

Duties and responsibilities:

· Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them

· Clean windows and mirrors

· Clean and supply restrooms





· Remove waste and empty trash

· Maintain cleaning chart indicating areas that were cleaned and inspected

· Replenish cleaning and maintenance supplies

· Organize janitorial storage areas

· Notify supervisors about unsafe conditions or concerning the need for repairs or maintenance

You will need to:

- Do physical work and operate equipment normally found in janitorial operations
- Be attentive to details
- Have the ability to follow schedules and keep commitments
- Have the ability to follow directions from a supervisor
- Must be able to manage time efficiently and to work individually as well as within a team
- Have a Valid Class 5 Drivers License
