Lead waste planning, transportation, and data services onsite at CNL’s Whiteshell site near Pinawa, Manitoba, supporting safe, compliant project delivery.The Manager, Waste Technical Services leads technical professionals across Waste Advisory Services, Transportation Services, and Waste Data Services. This position supports waste generators, project teams, decommissioning, remediation, and long-term waste management activities. Success requires leadership, resource management, regulatory knowledge, and robust planning.Key Responsibilities:

Set priorities and performance expectations for technical waste servicesOversee waste planning, transportation, inventory, and data managementDevelop teams through coaching, mentoring, and competency developmentEnsure compliant shipment, transfer, receipt,



and coordination of wasteLead reporting, audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvementRequirements:

Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experienceAt least ten years of progressively responsible related experienceExperience leading multidisciplinary teams in regulated environmentsKnowledge of radioactive and non-radioactive waste managementEligibility for Reliability Status with Site Access Security ClearanceApply waste management leadership, regulatory expertise, and data coordination skills to CNL’s Whiteshell Restoration Project.
