RBC in Halifax is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate to support Currency Processing and daily cash activities. You will act as the primary contact for client and ACC escalations, ensuring accuracy, SLA adherence, and timely responses during early morning shifts.

Responsibilities include coin pool management, cash and FX handling, and coordinating shipments. The role requires strong organization, independent work, and the ability to perform under pressure in a quick-paced environment.
