Altus Group is hiring an Account Manager, Client Engagement & Adoption in Toronto. You will manage a portfolio of existing client accounts and work with Sales to drive adoption, retention, and growth, acting as the primary contact for engagement and satisfaction across cross-functional teams.

You will build trusted relationships, guide onboarding and product adoption, monitor account health, and leverage CRM data to inform decisions.
