Loshen & Crem is introducing waxing and threading, and we’re looking for an experienced specialist to help us create an experience clients feel comfortable booking—and happy returning to.

You bring precise technique, thoughtful judgment, and the ability to put people at ease. We bring a skincare-focused environment, a collaborative team, and an appreciation for someone who takes “just a tidy-up” seriously.

You’ll help us shape this new service at Loshen, contributing to the consultation experience, appointment flow, aftercare, and those little details clients remember.

As we introduce the service and build demand, the position will begin part-time. We’ll agree on an initial schedule during hiring, with opportunities to expand as bookings develop.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys contributing ideas, learning our approach, and taking ownership of their work.

You also understand that brows can be sisters rather than twins. Ideally, they still look pleased to be attending the same family gathering. Please tell us about your experience with facial and body waxing, the wax types you use, and any bikini or Brazilian services you are trained and confident to perform. We’ll define the service menu around verified skills.

Clients should feel listened to, respected, and comfortable throughout their appointment.

That means confirming what they want before beginning, explaining the process, protecting their privacy, and checking in appropriately.





Some clients will tell you their entire life story. Others will close their eyes and enjoy ten minutes without anyone needing anything from them. Both are welcome.

We value professional care, discretion, and a sense of humour that helps people feel at ease.

What you’ll do

- Provide waxing and threading services within your assessed competencies and our approved service menu.
- Conduct consultations, confirm preferences, and explain what to expect.
- Maintain client comfort, privacy, and clear communication.
- Provide suitable aftercare advice and product recommendations.
- Keep accurate client notes and communicate concerns promptly.
- Prepare and fully reset your room, clean equipment appropriately, replenish supplies, and maintain hygiene standards.
- Support rebooking and thoughtful follow-up.
- Help us develop and improve this new service through practical feedback.
- Assist with boutique-floor and customer-service responsibilities as required between appointments.

If you can spot a single stray hair, we’re optimistic about your chances of noticing the empty tissue box.

Getting started

You’ll complete onboarding in our service protocols, consultation approach, hygiene standards, booking systems, and relevant products.

We will assess your waxing and threading skills separately before you begin taking clients and confirm readiness for each service you will offer.

We welcome thoughtful questions and ideas. Proposed changes to protocols must be discussed and approved before being introduced into a client’s service.
