Your work covers sales effectiveness, financial-planning conversations, activity management, referrals, and asset consolidation.

You will also reinforce consistent execution and adoption of advisor platforms.Key Responsibilities:

Five to seven-plus years of relevant wealth experience recommendedKnowledge of wealth management and holistic financial planningProficiency with Conquest, Dynamics 365, CapIntel, and Advisor StreamStrong coaching, facilitation, consulting, and presentation skillsUniversity or college degree, or equivalent experienceBring wealth expertise, coaching capability, and analytical judgment to improve advisor effectiveness and member outcomes at Meridian.
