Steele Hotels is looking for a Wellness Centre Receptionist to join our growing team at JAG Hotel in St. As a Receptionist at the JAG's Wellness Centre, you will be the first welcoming face guests see when they arrive. You'll also ensure a smooth experience by processing payments and maintaining a serene, organized reception area.

Accurately book, change and cancel Wellness Centre appointments from guests by phone or in person Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves the Wellness Centre facility Provide detailed descriptions of Wellness Centre treatments, packages, services, facility features and hours of operation Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction Light housekeeping duties in the aesthetic and pool area Experience in customer service is required A certificate or diploma in Office/Business Administration, Tourism and Hospitality Management,
