JOIN OUR TEAM! Dynamic Millwrights Inc. is looking for Licensed Millwrights and 2nd & 3rd Year Apprentices for Weekend Support Work

Dynamic Millwrights is a full-service company located in Listowel, Ontario, with extensive expertise in agricultural, commercial, food and industrial millwrighting and custom fabrication. Our weekend support team provides service to customers focusing on preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment and special projects as directed by the Customer.

Responsibilities:

- Reading blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
- Install, align, take apart and move stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment
- Operate hoisting and lifting devices to position machinery and parts during installation, set-up and repair of machinery
- Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and find irregularities and malfunctions
- Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective parts
- Operate machine tools to fabricate parts required for maintenance or set-up of machinery
- Clean, lubricate and perform other routine and preventative maintenance work on machinery
- Structural steel and equipment rigging and hoisting
- Load/ Unload trucks and trailers
- Assemble machinery, parts and equipment prior to installation
- Keep a clean and tidy jobsite
- Other Duties as Assigned

Requirements: · Industrial Mechanic Millwright qualified (or working on C of Q)





· CWB Certified considered an asset

· Working at Heights Training

- Confined Space Awareness Training
- Lock Out Tag Out

· Forklift/ Telehandler and Heavy Equipment Training · CPR/First Aid Training

· Aerial Lift/Skyjack Training – Elevated Work Platform Training

· Takes Initiative

· Robust Problem solving/ trouble shooting abilities

· Alert and aware of surroundings, including people, equipment, tools and machines

· Comprehend design drawings and blueprints

· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently

Working Conditions

- Must follow all OHSA and Company safety policies and procedures
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs
- Manual dexterity required
- Frequently noisy working environment
- Frequent climbing and working at heights
- Able to remain standing for long periods of time
- Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments year round
