The role supports clean power development across the region.As part of Nordex’s Legal Team, you will provide sophisticated legal advice to business clients and negotiate complex tenders. Your work includes financing agreements, supply contracts, maintenance arrangements, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, insurance, disputes, and intellectual property matters.

You will cooperate with global legal colleagues while advising multiple departments.Key Responsibilities:

Juris Doctor from an accredited Canadian law schoolCurrent Quebec law licenseFour to eight years of international or in-house experienceExperience negotiating project financing and supply contractsAbility to counsel senior leaders and business clientsBring project finance, tender negotiation, and corporate law experience to Nordex’s renewable wind power business throughout North America.
