We are expanding our operations across the Greater Toronto Area and are seeking experienced, reliable, and motivated technicians specializing in glass, window, and door installation and repair.

We provide residential and commercial services throughout the GTA and are looking for professionals who take pride in quality workmanship, deliver exceptional customer service, and are committed to completing jobs efficiently and safely.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for self-motivated technicians who enjoy working independently and solving technical challenges.

Applicants must have experience in at least one of the following areas:

- Glass installation and repair
- Window installation and repair
- Door installation and repair

Experience in multiple service areas is highly advantageous and may provide access to a broader range of work opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your experience and assigned projects, duties may include:
- Installing, repairing, and replacing residential and commercial glass, windows, and doors.
- Diagnosing issues and recommending appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
- Taking accurate measurements and identifying required materials, components, and hardware.
- Repairing or replacing hardware, tracks, hinges, seals, locks, and related components.
- Communicating professionally with customers regarding scope of work and recommended solutions.
- Coordinating with office staff regarding scheduling, job progress, parts requirements, and completion updates.
- Submitting accurate measurements, job notes, and site photos when required.
- Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Following all company safety standards and industry best practices.

Qualifications
- Minimum two years of hands-on experience in glass, window, or door installation and repair.




- Reliable work vehicle suitable for transporting tools and materials to job sites.
- Personal tools relevant to your trade. Assistance may be available for specific tool requirements.
- Valid Ontario driver's license.
- Ability to travel throughout the GTA.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Professional attitude with strong customer-service skills.
- Physical capability to safely perform the demands of the position.
- Experience in both residential and commercial settings is considered an asset.

Compensation: Stable & Attractive Compensation as per industry standard

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
