TNT Services Plus Inc., an established commercial property maintenance company with over 35 years of experience, is hiring an experienced Winter Sidewalk Crew Lead for the upcoming snow removal season.

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on leader who has previous experience clearing commercial sidewalks and walkways and can confidently supervise a crew during winter weather events.

This is a leadership position, not an entry-level snow removal job. Previous commercial sidewalk snow removal experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise a sidewalk snow removal crew.
- Drive company trucks safely between assigned commercial properties.
- Operate snowblowers, snowrators and other sidewalk snow removal equipment.
- Perform snow clearing, shovelling and ice control.
- Apply ice-melting products according to site requirements.
- Ensure sidewalks, entrances, stairs and walkways are cleared safely and efficiently.
- Follow assigned routes and complete work within required timelines.
- Monitor crew performance and ensure quality standards are met.
- Complete required service documentation and report any site issues.
- Communicate regularly with supervisors and dispatch.
- Ensure equipment is operated safely and properly maintained.

Requirements – Please Read Before Applying Applicants MUST meet the following requirements:
- Previous commercial sidewalk snow removal experience – REQUIRED.
- Previous experience leading or supervising a winter sidewalk crew.
- Valid Ontario G driver's licence with a clean driving record and 25+ yrs of age (Due to Insurance Regulations).
- Ability to provide a satisfactory driver's abstract.




- Experience operating snowblowers and commercial sidewalk snow removal equipment.
- Ability to safely drive company pickup trucks.
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to our Barrie yard.
- Availability for overnight, early morning, weekend and holiday snow events.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in changing winter conditions.
- Dependable attendance and ability to respond promptly to winter callouts.
