Support inclusion at Louis Riel Arts & Technology Centre as a Student Services Teacher and designated case manager for Student-Specific Plans.

This term position supports students through accessible, equitable, and culturally responsive educational programming. You will coordinate Student-Specific Plans, plan modified and individualized programming, and collaborate with school-based and divisional teams. The work addresses academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs through strengths-based, trauma-informed approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and implement Student-Specific Plans for assigned students
- Plan modified and individualized educational programming
- Facilitate collaborative planning with interdisciplinary support teams




- Promote inclusive and culturally responsive educational practices
- Facilitate student transitions and responsive learning supports

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of wide-ranging, successful teaching experience
- Permanent Manitoba Teaching Certificate
- Experience developing and reviewing Student-Specific Plans
- Knowledge of Manitoba standards and LRSD Student Services policies
- Experience with MTSS and Structured Literacy approaches
