What You'll Do

Working within your qualifications and experience, with guidance and supervision where needed, you'll:

- Diagnose and repair automotive systems on a variety of vehicle makes and models.

- Complete routine maintenance and inspections to support vehicle safety and reliability.

- Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly to service advisors.

- Participate in manufacturer training and ongoing technical development.

- Maintain an organized workspace and follow dealership and industry safety procedures.

- Contribute to a collaborative shop setting through learning, sharing knowledge, and supporting your teammates.

What You Bring

- Apprentice or Licensed Qualifications: You've begun your automotive apprenticeship training, or you're a Licensed Automotive Service Technician. Red Seal certification and an MVI licence are strong assets.

- A Valid Driver's License: A valid Nova Scotia driver's licence and the ability to provide an acceptable driver's abstract.

- Technical Ability: Automotive knowledge and diagnostic skills appropriate to your training and experience.

- Pride in Your Work: A commitment to accurate repairs, safe work practices, and quality service.

- A Team Mindset: A willingness to learn, share your knowledge, and help the shop succeed.

- Dealership Experience: An asset, but not required.
