You AreConfigure, enhance, and support Workday Recruiting solutions to meet talent acquisition and workforce planning needs. Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize recruiting processes, ensure system efficiency, and deliver scalable Workday solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

Configure and maintain Workday Recruiting modules, business processes, security, reports, and dashboards. Gather requirements and translate business needs into effective Workday Recruiting solutions. Support integrations, testing, data validation, and release deployments.

Create functional documentation, job aids, and knowledge-transfer materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and adoption. This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position.

Workday Senior Certified Recruiting

Consultant certification. Strong expertise in Workday Recruiting configuration and business processes.

Experience with Workday reports, calculated fields, security, and integrations. Knowledge of recruitment lifecycle, talent acquisition,



and HR systems.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience.

Role Location: Remote - Canada BenefitsFull-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
