Lead workforce scheduling and resource management for Peel Regional Paramedic Services in a hybrid Brampton position with at least two onsite days weekly.Reporting to the Commander, Paramedic Operations, the Supervisor Scheduling oversees staffing coverage, scheduling practices, payroll accuracy, and operational readiness. You will support a 24/7 service with more than 900 employees through workforce planning, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. The role includes coaching Scheduling Coordinators and interpreting collective agreements.Key Responsibilities:
