You act as a trusted advisor, influence decisions, and develop workplace experience recommendations grounded in business strategy. The work spans communication planning, readiness assessments, stakeholder management, implementation, evaluation, and sustainment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop workplace experience recommendations for assigned groups

Build change management plans of varying scope

Lead readiness assessments and stakeholder management activities





Create tailored messaging and communication distribution plans

Support program implementation within service standards

Requirements

Typically five to seven years of relevant experience

Related post-secondary degree or equivalent experience

Deep technical proficiency from education and business experience

In-depth systems thinking, agility, and influence skills

In-depth verbal and written communication skills
