Youth Basketball Director — 1v1Continuous

Part time | Remote

Who we are

1v1Continuous is Canada’s professional 1-on-1 basketball series. We run tournaments across six cities with a $25,000 National Championship. The format was built to develop real basketball skills and translate to the five-on-five game: continuous possession changes, shot clock, no standing around.

The role

We’re bringing 1v1Continuous to youth. You’ll build and run organized 1-on-1 leagues and tournaments for kids and teens across Canada. This is a ground-floor role. You’re building the youth side of the organization from scratch.

What you’ll do

- Design and launch youth 1v1 league and tournament formats
- Build relationships with schools, community centers, and basketball programs across Canada
- Recruit participants and grow the youth player base city by city

- Work directly with the founder to shape the vision

What we’re looking for

- Background in youth sports programming, basketball coaching, or athletic development
- Organized, self-directed, comfortable working remotely
- Genuinely passionate about basketball and player development
- Connections in the Canadian basketball community are a strong asset

Compensation

$2,000/month, part-time. As the youth program grows, so does this role.
