Working hours

4% vacation pay Job Duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the daily operations of the restaurant.
• Plan and control the budget and inventory
• Manage food service operations to ensure productive service delivery and compliance with the franchise's established menu and operational standards
• Monitor sales revenues and operating costs and implement operational adjustments to maintain the restaurant's profitability.
• Negotiate/coordinate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Review and adjust staff schedules when necessary
• Recruit staff, oversee staff training and conduct performance reviews.




• Resolve customer complaints and ensure provincial regulations are followed
• Hold staff meetings and address staff complaints and suggestions.
• Coordinate promotional activities and advertising in accordance with the franchise's marketing guidelines. Job

Requirements:

Education:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Completion of a 1
- to 2-year college diploma or other post-secondary program in hospitality, food and beverage service management, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the food service industry, including at least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience, is required. Language at Work: English Job
