Weatherhaven is a global leader in the design and manufacturing of deployable shelter systems and infrastructure solutions. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented *Technician *to join our Production Team. This role is responsible for operating fabric cutting and welding equipment to manufacture high-quality components that meet customer and company standards.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable working with production equipment, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Operate fabric CNC cutting equipment to accurately cut materials according to drawings, patterns, and work instructions. * Operate RF (Radio Frequency) and hot air welding equipment to assemble and weld fabric components. * Read and interpret drawings, patterns, specifications, and work orders. * Verify material dimensions, quality, and specifications before and during production. * Perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting as required. * Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet workmanship and dimensional requirements. * Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records. * Perform routine equipment cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks. * Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area. * Support other production activities as required. * Perform other duties as required.

*Qualifications & Skills*

Experience operating CNC equipment, RF welding equipment, or similar manufacturing machinery is considered an asset.

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, patterns, and work instructions. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. * Comfortable using computers and navigating production software. * Ability to use measuring tools accurately. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. * Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment. * Reliable, punctual, and safety conscious.

*Physical Requirements*

* Ability to stand for extended periods. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. * Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.
