As a Senior Specialist Project Buyer, you will manage purchasing activities for quality, cost, and schedule across an assigned portfolio. The work requires ERP/MRP knowledge, production purchasing expertise, and strong communication. You will coordinate with Planning, Quality, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Materials, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage purchasing activities for assigned projects and portfolios
- Produce RFQs, competitive bids, evaluations, and purchase orders
- Support supplier agreement negotiation and implementation
- Engage suppliers regarding capabilities and product requirements
- Manage supplier recovery schedules against demand requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree and six years of relevant experience
- Strong ERP/MRP and production purchasing knowledge
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills
- Solid Excel, Word, and Power Point proficiency
- APICS or PMAC SCMP designation considered an asset
