Lead capital project delivery for Alberta Parks from Edmonton, Calgary, Cochrane, Red Deer, or other locations. Guide Project Managers across complex infrastructure portfolios.

As Manager, Project Management and Delivery, you will lead and develop Project Managers delivering significant capital projects. You will oversee projects through initiation, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover, and closeout.

The portfolio includes civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, geotechnical, and environmental work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop Project Managers delivering complex capital infrastructure projects
- Monitor scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and project objectives
- Resolve project issues, scope changes, contract challenges, and competing priorities
- Oversee financial, procurement,



contract management, forecasting, and change management
- Ensure governance, reporting, documentation, and operational transition practices

Requirements:

- University graduation in Engineering, Management, or related field
- Four years of directly related experience; equivalencies considered
- Valid driver’s licence
- Ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities
- Ability to build effective internal and external stakeholder relationships
