Shape global ERP finance capabilities through functional architecture, configuration standards, and fit-gap leadership at Nagarro. This full-time role supports the UCC service region.

As Associate Principal Engineer, you will provide functional leadership for Infor M3 across accounting, tax, treasury interfaces, and statutory reporting. You will protect the global template while evaluating process changes, integrations, extensions, and justified regional variation.

Collaboration spans Product Management, Technical Architecture, Development, Testing, and Support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own Finance functional architecture and global M3 template alignment
- Evaluate configuration, process, integration, and extension approaches
- Partner with technical, product, testing, and support teams
- Document functional designs, specifications, testing scenarios,



and implementation guidance
- Coach analysts and strengthen consistent regional functional practices

Requirements:

- Experience supporting global or multi-region Infor M3 environments
- Knowledge of accounting processes, controls, close, and statutory requirements
- Experience with governance, design authority, and global templates
- Understanding of integrations, data dependencies, testing, and release management
- Robust facilitation, documentation, stakeholder-management, and decision-making skills
