Lead Western Canada operations from Edmonton or Calgary, applying multi-site leadership and financial acumen across a geographically dispersed region. The Regional Operations Director oversees operational performance, organizational effectiveness, and financial results across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. Working with executive leadership and the VP, Operations & Supply Chain, this leader executes multi-year plans, capital priorities, and organizational strategies. The scope includes safety, customer service, productivity, inventory, leadership development, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Optimize performance across Western Canada service centers
- Co-develop operating plans and capital investment initiatives
- Own budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and profitability




- Develop Branch Managers and regional leaders
- Represent the region in national leadership forums

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, engineering, or related discipline
- 10–15 years of progressive multi-site leadership experience
- Experience with strategic planning and capital allocation
- Robust financial, analytical, and decision-making capabilities
