Human Resources Programs Advisors in Ottawa support performance programs, succession planning, and employee relations within PSAC’s adaptable work arrangements. Bilingual English and French skills are required. Under the Assistant Director of HR, this indeterminate, full-time role supports key human resources programs and initiatives. The primary focus includes the Staff Performance Support and Development Program, succession planning, and employee relations. You will advise managers and employees while coordinating practical HR resources.

Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation of the Staff Performance Support and Development Program

Requirements:
- University degree in Human Resources or related field
- At least five years of Human Resources experience
- Experience advising managers and employees on HR matters
- Knowledge of performance management and employee development practices
