Manage financial close, reconciliations, and reporting for The Beer Store in Bolton, Ontario, where accuracy and timely delivery guide accounting operations. The hybrid mode requires at least three in-office days weekly. This Manager, TBS Accounting & Reporting position reports to the Senior Manager, Financial Advisory & Reporting. You will maintain general ledger integrity, approve journal entries, review asset ledgers, and deliver monthly results. The work also includes annual financial statements, note disclosures, audit support, and technical accounting guidance. Strong organizational, communication, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain general ledger, chart of accounts, and cost centre integrity
- Review fixed asset and right-of-use asset ledgers




- Resolve balance sheet reconciliation items within established timelines
- Distribute monthly balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow results
- Coordinate documentation for internal and external audits

Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Five-plus years of progressive accounting experience
- Working knowledge of IFRS 16 leases
- Excellent attention to detail and execution accuracy
