Lead innovation across Financial Advisory Services with AI, automation, and analytics expertise at MNP, helping shape next-generation client solutions. As an Innovation Leader, you will guide initiatives from ideation through implementation with Financial Advisory Services leaders. You will facilitate collaboration across change enablement, technology development, data engineering, and AI/ML teams. The work focuses on evaluating, prioritizing, designing, and executing products and services that enhance MNP’s client delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- At least seven years of progressive relevant experience
- Familiarity with design thinking, lean startup, and agile methodologies
- Experience prototyping, piloting, and scaling current solutions
