This 12-18 month contract will commence in January 2027 and will be in-office in Richmond, BC. Ideal for an experienced accounting skilled seeking broad day-to-day responsibility and hands-on exposure to real estate development, income-producing properties, acquisitions, financial reporting and compliance. Reporting to the VP Finance, the Controller will work closely with senior leadership in an open, collaborative environment that welcomes questions and supports professional development.
