Lead aerospace manufacturing operations at Bombardier’s Dorval Plant 3 on the night shift, applying strong management and communication skills. As Leader, Operations, you will guide an experienced team delivering critical parts for manufacturing sites, assembly lines, and aircraft in service. The position requires manufacturing management experience, operational excellence knowledge, and strong French communication. You will support production objectives, process standardization, and continuous improvement while developing team talent.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements:
- College diploma or university degree in aerospace, engineering, or manufacturing management
- Manufacturing management experience; aerospace experience is advantageous
- Robust French communication skills; bilingualism is advantageous
- Understanding of value-added production principles
