Lead complex insurance technology programs at Canada Life while applying program management, financial management, and change management expertise in a hybrid mode. This senior leadership role reports to the Director of Portfolio Management & Governance. You will lead related projects and workstreams, working with senior business and technology leaders, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders. The position focuses on strategic business outcomes across the Insurance Technology Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver complex programs spanning multiple related projects and workstreams
- Oversee Project Managers and cross-functional delivery teams
- Manage dependencies, risks, issues, resources, and competing priorities
- Lead governance forums, dashboards, roadmaps,



and executive reporting
- Manage vendors, financials, forecasts, schedules, and budgets

Requirements:
- At least 10 years managing large, complex projects
- Three or more years managing complex programs
- Experience leading business and technology programs
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
- PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or related certification preferred Bring senior program leadership, integrated planning, financial oversight, and stakeholder influence to Canada Life’s Insurance Technology Portfolio.
