Lead land development projects with Stantec in Atlantic Canada, combining civil engineering expertise and project management across wide-ranging development work. As a Senior Land Development Engineer and Project Manager, you will manage residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. The position supports Stantec’s growing Community Development team from Halifax, Moncton, Fredericton, or Charlottetown. You will coordinate technical design, client relationships, approvals, budgets, and business development while supporting Atlantic Canada growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage project scope, budgets, design approaches, and financial controls
- Prepare site servicing, grading, and stormwater management designs
- Coordinate erosion control reports and detailed development drawings
- Lead client meetings, approvals,



presentations, and relationship management
- Supervise staff and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams

Requirements:
- Civil Engineering degree from a recognized university program
- Professional Engineer registration and ten years’ consulting experience
- Extensive land development and project management experience
- Knowledge of civil systems, standards, materials, and document production
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD; Civil3D, GIS, and BIM assets Bring advanced civil engineering, leadership, and client management skills to Stantec’s land development practice across Atlantic Canada.
