Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cybersecurity initiatives
- Establish portfolio governance and executive reporting frameworks
- Manage milestones, resources, budgets, dependencies, and delivery risks
- Monitor financial performance, capacity, funding, and outcomes




- Represent portfolios in senior leadership governance forums

Requirements:
- 10+ years leading complex cybersecurity projects, programs, or portfolios
- Solid program and portfolio management capabilities
- Experience with transformation or technology modernization programs
- Expertise in financial, resource, risk, vendor, and change management
