Lead water facilities teams across Canada with Jacobs, using strategic workforce planning and people development from any Canadian office. As Department Manager, Facilities, you will report to the Director of Operations and lead approximately 10 Group Leaders. The role advances career growth through coaching, mentoring, succession planning, and performance management. You will also oversee proposal and project workloads, resource allocation, recruitment, and operational delivery across the Canada Water Business.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years designing, constructing, or managing water projects
- Professional Engineering registration or equivalent designation preferred
- Proven water-market leadership and project delivery experience
- Solid coaching, mentoring, and team-building skills
