Key Responsibilities
- Manage ocean and air shipment visibility end to end
- Resolve delays, customs issues, and service disruptions proactively
- Coordinate appointments, drayage capacity, and warehouse receiving schedules
- Control accessorial charges, freight claims, and billing disputes




- Monitor KPIs and recommend service, transit, and cost improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, logistics, or business
- Five to eight-plus years of international transportation experience
- Experience with ocean freight and Canadian import processes
- Knowledge of customs compliance, Incoterms, and freight auditing
